Lumbar curve

The MRI shows that I have a herniated disc, a compressed disc, one vertebrae very out of alignment, and two slightly out. My chiropractor feels it can be reversed with behavioral change. Mostly a change of posture. All these years I thought I was sitting very correctly at the piano I was exaggerating the lumbar curve.
